IT Basics for End Users and Helpdesk Staff
Requirements
- To be able to use a computer in an office environment as an end user (i.e. be able to use Office applications and browse the internet)
Description
This course covers the basic IT issues that can come up in a company on a daily basis, covering everything from installing missing printers to troubleshooting problems with email messages. Some examples of included modules are as follows:
