It then moves on to the importance of stretching and warming up before and after a Pilates session. Robyn, the instructor, will then take you through a selection of the Pilates repertoire, one step at a time. She continually encourages the skill of learning to listen to the body and practising safely in accordance with our uniqueness.

Once completing the course, there will be a greater level of confidence in approaching new group classes with ease. Similarly, online workouts will be that much more effective and safe.
