Description
Have you noticed how the traditional methods of dieting and exercise are failing to produce results for anyone nowadays? You will no doubt see the same faces attending the gym, working out 5-days a week but with no shift in weight. This is because the modern food we now fuel ourselves on in the modern world is substantially different from what our ancestors survived on. We are also neglecting of the traditional dishes that proved to produce healthy generations to replace them with unproven dietary theories and cults.
Some modern food may look and taste like they always did; but beware, most are grown and prepared like Frankenfoods. The constant rise in obesity and decline in health in the Western World over the last 4 decades stems from widespread ignorance on this topic; however, the Health and Fitness industry do not help when they indulge in jargon and scientific terminologies for credibility.
As a certified Nutrition Coach and Fitness Trainer, and former school teacher, I decided to construct these 14 chapter as a course to make this subject as simple as it once was.
Of course it does not cover every subject regarding nutrition, (I don’t believe any course can) but it will provide you with the foundational you need to ensure that you and your family are empowered to make healthy independent choices.
