Hello!
Welcome to the online course on women’s leadership. This course is intended for everyone, especially for women who want to learn about the origins of feminism and women’s leadership, about gender issues, myths about women’s leadership, as well as about the barriers that almost every woman faces on her career path.
The course consists of theoretical, historical and statistical data, and also offers tools for leadership in a woman’s life based on clear numbers and methods.
This course is useful not only for women, but also for company owners, managers and directors, because it provides recommendations for maintaining a work-life balance of employees.
The aim of the course is to inspire women and show them a lot of what they are capable of and what they can do if they believe in themselves and their abilities.
A little about me
My name is Zhansaya, but for you I’m just Saya
For the last 10 years, I have been teaching adults and children leadership, communication, conflict management, decision-making, planning – all the flexible skills necessary for life and work.
For 3 years I have been the regional coordinator of the republican leadership development project and work closely with women who study leadership.
In addition, I am a wife and mother of a newborn. Higher economic education in the field of marketing and management helps me to lead not only as a life skill, but also as a professional. All these skills and knowledge help me to manage my life, make it more effective and live not only for the family, but for myself too.
I hope that the course will be useful and effective for you, and inspire you to become the very best version of yourself.
